We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a privacy first mindset to join the Privacy & Law Enforcement Compliance team. In this role, you'll support our law enforcement response operations' continuous improvement. This role presents the opportunity to join the dynamic team in Cork, Apple's European Operations Headquarters. You'll analyse complex workflows, identify process improvements, and translate operational insights into structured, evidence-based recommendations. This will strengthen compliance outcomes on a large scale. You'll work at the intersection of legal operations, process excellence, and data, becoming a key partner to senior stakeholders. Your work will shape how our compliance function measures impact, ensures ongoing quality, and prepares for an evolving regulatory landscape.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement and auditing within a compliance, privacy, or highly regulated environment. Proven experience mapping complex processes, gathering requirements, and translating operational insights into actionable improvements. Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data, including advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex regulatory or technical topics and collaborate effectively with legal counsel and technical teams. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in an adaptable, evolving environment.
A postgraduate qualification in Quality Management, Audit, or a related discipline. Formal project management certification. Lean/ Six Sigma certification
