About the Role:

The position reports to the UGP Manager and supports the execution of the production, coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence of production factors on the shift

Main Responsibilities:

MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION Ensures the optimization of the production factors
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT Applies all defined criteria for the resource allocation on the lines
MONITORING OF PERFORMANCES Carries out the statement of production at the end of the shift
PLANNING Supports the planning of the operating activities on the lines within his area of competence
QUALITY Performs with RDL and UGP Manager the implementation of all actions aimed at guaranteeing the quality of the products and the production processes of the lines
SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE Guarantees that all hygiene and safety standards on the lines

Who we are looking for:

Graduated in Food Manufacturing Management or equivalent
Strong organisational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
The person must be available for international mobility within the (COMPANY NAME) organization
The role will working on a shift rotation
Strong Communication skills and capable of creating good working relationships with people from all levels across the organisation; working with honesty and integrity
