\n- Johnson & Johnson Medical Spa (Medical Sector). Marketing Company: Pratica di Mare (Rome).\n\n
For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele-Latina) we are looking for an ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST to be hired with a PERMANENT CONTRACT in the TECHNICAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT.\n\n
The person will be part of the team who manage LCM products in MFG/PKG area and will report to the Technical Operations Sr Lead.\n\n
Main responsibility:\n\n
The Associate Scientist is in charge to:\n\n\n\t
* Perform the validation of manufacturing and packaging processes through issuing of relevant protocols, protocol execution, issuing of the final report.\n\t
* Perform revalidation of production processes in accordance to the related master plans.\n\t
* Evaluate validation impact upon requests for change.\n\t
* Supports specific projects of existing products by executing the characterization/validation phases ensuring alignment with internal and external organizations involved in the project team.\n\t
* Performs and/or support investigations for non-conformances in case of occurrence during project activities.\n\t
* Perform one's work in accordance with GMP/Compliance and safety regulations.\n\t
* Create, modify and guarantee the update of procedures and work instructions necessary to execute the work activities.\n\t
* Make correct use of the IT tools necessary to execute the work activities.\n\t
* Contribute to limit the department costs.\n\t
* Contribute to improve and maximize the business processes.\n\t
* Contribute to the achievement of the business/department targets by following the internal procedures which regulate business collaboration and ethical conduct principles.\n\t
* Contribute to the improvement of the quality of the work environment by promoting and supporting actions coherent with the Credo.\n
Qualifications
\n\t
* Master's degree in CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Engineering;\n\t
* At least 2 years of working experience in validation department (LCM processes), Pharmaceutical environment;\n\t
* Able to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment and to deal urgencies on the shop floor;\n\t
* Strong skills of ownership and accountability;\n\t
* Skilled in problem-solving and decision making;
\n\t \n\t
* Fluent in English (B2 level) \n\t
* Capacity to lead calls with costumers.\n\t
* Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.\n
