Description de l'offreA career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to (COMPANY NAME) employees. You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of day to day activities at (COMPANY NAME). As part of the team, you will be assisting with record keeping, billing, distribution, logistics and financial planning.

The role:
* Responsible for the coordination of the department-wide administrative activities -internal communication, internal processes and procedures, organizational tasks, filing system management, etc
* "Power-usage" of the systems in place
* Preparing reports and other structured information (eg., presentations) on Advisory's matters
* Managing Advisory's orderings, events & meetings organization
* An overall helpful hand in Advisory's daily life :)

* Has a university degree or final year student able to coordinate your studies and a full-time position duties
* Can demonstrate good English and Lithuanian verbal and written as well as business writing skills

* Has excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
