Job Summary
Administration of Employee Benefits credit control operations. Plan procedures and assist to develop system enhancement to improve the operating efficiency and quality of the unit. Working as a team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible to update payment received and matching invoices for premium and claim recovery within agreed TAT.
* To process refund of credit invoices / excess payment upon receipt of request from Broking/Agency/Direct channel within agreed TAT
* To assist process payment to Third Party Administrator (TPA) for ASO and Admin fees payment within the agreed TAT.
* To send monthly Statement of Account to Broking/Agency/Direct channel.
* To provide the necessary credit control support, including reconciliation workings to team/marketers/intermediaries for achieving customer's excellence.
* Assist superior on system enhancement, system testing, implement and co-ordinate the changes between teams.
* To comply with Credit Control Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) processes and ensure compliance among all sub-ordinates.
* To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
Key Requirements
* Undergraduate degree in Finance or other Accounts related studies with strong academic results
* Relevant internship experience is preferred
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
* Strong computer application skills, specifically Excel
* Require language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
