Position Summary

Design and execute the CRM strategy of the brand, according to global and local Marketing plan, including:
* Articulate CRM strategy / roadmap based on team analysis, ad hoc researches, HQ discussion, counterparts in markets, channels heads
* Leverage insights to recommend priorities & actionable directions to achieve business targets (recruitment, sales…)
* Motivate, develop and drive a team of 2 analysts to implement the plan, filtering side requests and providing sense of focus to the team
* Maintain good relationship and exchange with HQ, local stakeholders and other Nespresso CRM teams
* Identify potential improvements in procedures and ways of working, with the objective to avoid duplication and work in an optimized way (internally in market and with external stakeholders like agencies).

A day in the life of...

Key Outputs:
* Garant of our Club Members basis management: follow-up, insights and activation (Knowledge, KPIs, segmentation, data cleansing.)
* Design offers campaign in synergy with the Marketing team and others departments (IT, sales channels, Finance etc.), monitoring, analysis, learnings.
* Analysis of the competition in coffee & machines (Nielsen/NPD) and communicate outlines with reco
* Manage the e-mails planning
* Key contact of CRC in the Marketing team (out bounds campaigns and customer service management, complaints control)
* Market Research (quanti/quali)
* Closed relation with international CRM Team to report performance and align projects
* Ensure timely delivery of regular reports and ad-hoc analysis, according to business needs.
* Plans project pipeline and organizes the team accordingly.

What will make you successful

Education
- University degree or equivalent
- Statistics/Mathematics background

Experience
- Experience in Management
- International exposure or experience in working with multicultural teams is an advantage
- Languages
* English
* Spanish
- Minimum 3-4 years in CRM, preference in a company customer oriented with direct to consumer database
- Hands-on experience in Data analytics / Business analytics / Reporting, including 2-3 years of experience in data mining related activities.
- Able to query databases and other information sources independently. Excellent knowledge of at least one reporting / data mining tool: SQL, SAS, SPSS, SAP Business Objects, Power BI.
- Experience in retention activities, statistical modeling, digital analytics are strong assets.
- Nielsen experience and NPD platform are a plus
- Extensive experience in direct marketing ideally in a similar industry (FMCG, masstige)
- Strong background in customer re-engagement and retention strategies.
- - Able to map customer journey analyzing touch points within the organization and maximizing commercial & relational opportunities.
- - Experience in Email Marketing campaign development and good understanding of Email Service Provider capabilities.
