Meet your team
The Sales team works collaboratively with the regions leadership team to achieve regional and country growth.

Your role at (COMPANY NAME)

* You'll research and analyze the target accounts in territory and establish first contact to the stakeholders
* You'll demonstrate the ability to talk to industry trends, client challenges and how (COMPANY NAME)'s go to market solutions can solve their needs
* Demonstrate understanding of key personas to target and the key messaging to be delivered
* You'll quickly analyze inbound leads and deploy GTM approach
* You'll understand target accounts and create a cadence plan to successfully achieve outbound success
* You'll qualify leads by leveraging the (COMPANY NAME) sales process.
* You'll work alongside Marketing, Partners and Sales in the handover process of a lead through to opportunity
* You'll understand pipeline build requirements to hit targets and provide insightful reporting to management and the region

What you're bringing to the table

* You have 2 years of experience in sales and have a hands-on hunter mentality with a target driven mentality
* You have strong communication skills
* You have a decisive mindset, not afraid of failing and know when to change
* You have experience in research and have analytical skills
* You have long-term aims and demonstrate your perseverance
* You are a creative thinker, finding new routes to leads and opportunities
* You have a well developed local network and work on expanding it
* You have the ability to execute in a detailed manner and to follow a process

* You have a strong, self-starter mentality and the capability to build relevant connections with other internal & external stakeholders and departments
* You have detail orientation and a strong eye for organization & processes, while multitasking on numerous sales conversations at once
* You have a team player mindset and a positive attitude towards colleagues and clients - even in challenging project phases
* You're an excellent communicator in English and Spanish
* You have the ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries
