Engine Fleet Planning and Costing (EFPAC)
EFPAC Services process aircraft/engine technical records for all existing jet engines types. As an Engine Technical Data Analyst you are responsible to check Technical Records for completeness and accurateness. You must have knowledge of engine technical publications ( IPB - Illustrated Parts Catalog, EMP- Engine Management Program, Service Bulletin Index etc.) to be able to analyze and populate the technical documentation in a software tool called EFPAC. Main purpose to provide a new and up to date Engine Data Submittal to the customer, al to be performed in an agreed SLA time frame (service level agreement time).
Among other requirements, EFPAC services collects and processes engine utilization data from airlines, for engine leasing customers, to help providing data for example invoicing of leased engines.
Part of the work will also be controlling the daily incoming work, prioritize with the agreed SLA time frame, and discuss with the team on daily basis, as an Engine Technical Data Analyst, you will work in a team and communicate with team members on different parts of the world.
Education, knowledge & skills
* Aircraft/Aircraft Engine Records (MDP's, SB's, AD's etc.) is key
* Aircraft/Aircraft Engine maintenance experience is a plus
* Familiar with Aircraft Industry terms like LLP/TSN/CSN/Utilization
* Strong problem solving skills and an inquisitive mindset
* Experience with customer communication and managing expectations
* Fluent in the English language speaking as in writing
* Aircraft engineering/maintenance experience
* Engine knowledge
* Aircraft leasing knowledge
* Microsoft office experience with main focus on Excel
* Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Pay will be determined at the local level. Successful candidates must have legal authorisation to work in The Netherlands for continued employment.
The initial employment agreement will be for a 12 month fixed term contract (FTC), with the intent to convert after this period to a full time employee.
Relocation is not available with this role.
