Overview Job Description The Finance Business Partner, within the FP&A practice of Publicis Netherlands, plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between Finance, HR and Operations and Client Teams. The aim is to support Agencies in achieving their overall strategic financial objectives through financial analysis and guidance. Reporting to the Publicis Netherlands Head of FP&A, the role will extend to include a mix of budgeting & forecasting, cost and revenue modelling and client profitability. Responsibilities Key Tasks and Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting Partner with Agency Management Teams for Budgets and Reforecasts ensuring timely reporting, accuracy and completion and alignment with strategic objectives. Evaluate investments and project proposals through financial analysis and risk assessment so agency can make informed adjustments to drive client financial performance. Actively collaborate with agency to identify and address expected gaps between budgets, reforecasts, and actuals, ensuring proactive measures are taken to meet expected targets. Client Profitability Assist the Head of FP&A and Agency Leadership on Client commercials - rate cards, utilisation rates, resource and output models, pricing etc. Teaming with Head of FP&A, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate business & client performance, with focus of increasing Client Profitability. Conduct variance analysis and contribute to the identification of opportunities and risks within existing clients and new business. Agency Finance Support Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing financial expertise and advice. Communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance colleagues effectively. Follow up with Agency Leadership after monthly closing, provide insights to manage variances and ensure full transparency of financial result. Qualifications Skills Commercially minded and able to process analytical thinking and problem-solving with attention to detail with high level of accuracy Ability to work collaboratively to influence decision making Highly motivated, results oriented with strong organizational and time management skills that ensures deadline achievement Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment. Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software/systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
