Digital Marketing & eCommerce Activation Leader D2B

Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to:

Tribe lead D2B: Digital Marketing and ecommerce Activation is the domain owner of a collection of squads - responsible for :

* Defining Roadmap, Budget allocation and priority setting towards squads output.
* Improving the impact of digital activation activities on the short and long term business goals
* Achieving business objective of the tribe in line with the D2B Strategic Priorities

This tribe leader works with other tribe leaders and chapter leaders to match the right people to the right squads. Performance dialogue with squad leaders/product owners around quality and output. Interface to other tribe leaders to ensure end to end view.
Ensure enablement (through resources) of knowledge sharing within his/her tribe, via the Chapter leads. This tribe leader Coordinates delivery of capabilities across tribes to ensure end to end business outcomes are achieved.
Facilitates knowledge sharing and learning within his/her tribe, via the chapter leads

You are responsible for

* Work with Sales Excellence, Cluster marketing leads and market marketing leads to integrate digital capabilities in offline sales force and FSEs to increase turn/conversion.
* Generate relevant traffic by supporting local media touch points with content; plan and run campaigns (Team up with Events)
* Increase adoption and On-board customer on EDI and in the Portal, assign contract conditions (Goal: most fluent onboarding experience)
* Partner NAM for demand, activation and performance management for all D2B digital and ecommerce
* Partner China for demand, activation and performance management for all D2B digital and ecommerce
* Partner Tier 1 markets (i.e. DACH, BNL and UKI) for demand, activation and performance management for all D2B digital and ecommerce
* Partner Tier 2 markets for demand, activation and performance management for all D2B digital and eCommerce
* Deep expertise and leadership experience in omnichannel ecommerce, customer engagement and ecommerce business development

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
