Portfolio Owner Sales & Field Service Clouds

Job purpose:

This role is responsible for driving the front-office transformation in the Sales and Field Service domain by influencing the implementation of Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm in European OpCos in order to achieve the transformation ambitions for Out of Home (OOH), off-trade and Customer Technical Services (CTS).

Portfolio Management:

* Building an in-depth understanding of the existing Sales & Field Service Cloud implementations in European OpCos (brownfields)

* Stakeholder management with the Sales and CTS community using Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm

* Participation in Sprint Reviews and/or Steering Committees

* Providing a direction for Product Owners to follow during the implementation (greenfields)

Transformation of Sales & CTS:

* Building an in-depth understanding of the standard/out of the box features of Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm Sales & Field Service Clouds

* Identification of differentiating features for (COMPANY NAME) where the standard features of Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm are not workable

* Gathering of good practices & reusable features from brownfield OpCos

* Creating and maintaining a Sales & CTS Business Transformation Playbook with the goal to achieve 80% standard functionality and co-creating it with all Products Owners from greenfield and brownfield OpCos

* Starting Proofs of Concepts and experiments with new features and innovations from Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm

Sales & Field Service Cloud Community Management & Cross-OpCo collaboration:

* Building of a community of business and IT people from European OpCos to do, learn, share and reapply concepts regarding Sales & CTS business transformation

* Start-off micro-battles and/or collaboration clusters between OpCos on Sales & CTS topics

Organizational context:

Direct/Dotted report to the COE Lead for Business Transformation with Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm.

Part of the Transformation & Technology team in the Europe region.

* Number of Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm instances vs. number of OpCos

* % of customization done in Sales & Field Service Clouds

* CTS cost as % of Revenue

* NPS for CoE from customers (OpCos)

* Average deployment duration of a Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm instance

* Average deployment costs of a Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm instance


* High degree of (COMPANY NAME)-specific developments done in Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm

* Lack of oversight over the brownfield implementations of Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm

* Influencing the transformation of a business that you are not a part of with a product that you don't own


* Master Degree preferable

Experience / skills required:

* 0-2 years experience required in implementing Customer Relationship Management solutions in FMCG companies

* Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm experience is a plus


* Fluent English language required

* Other European languages are a plus

Functional Competencies:

* Understanding the On-Trade and Off-Trade European Markets

* High level understanding on how Sales Reps, CTS and Trade Marketing are using Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm or different tooling

* Change Management
