Define Commercial Excellence Strategy Vision and Goals
Define the Commercial Excellence Strategy Vision and Goals and ensure its implementation and roll-out to ensure competency optimization, sales force high performance and productivity in our trade and health channels.
Effectively steer the Commercial Excellence function as a proven business driver within the organization and across departments, ensuring integrated cross-functional collaboration
Exhibit passion for people growth, engage and align all team members, coach and harness diverse talent to achieve individual roles, function and optimal company performance
Develops the talent pool within the team on both functional & managerial skills and ensures the continued attractiveness of the function.
Excellence in Execution
Develop and engage the team to deploy the SFE strategy in collaboration with the Commercial (Trade & Health) teams to ensure flawless execution of key priorities. Identifying sales force effectiveness opportunities and challenging existing practices.
Create and Drive a Continuous Development mindset & culture
Foster and drive a continuous development mindset that cascades to our distribution partners and creates exceptional sales force teams in our trade and health channels.
Playing an integral role in the Cross Functional Teams and challenge the status quo. Consult with other departments that create tools/materials to be used by the sales force (Marketing, Medical,...) to ensure 'usability' in the field and with our distribution partners Constantly develop own facilitation & coaching skills
Be integrated as a cross functional business partner for Sales, Marketing and Healthcare teams. Challenging current practices where appropriate and build strong cases for change. Help cultivate a results oriented culture driven by proactivity, continuous improvement & excellence in execution.
Performance Metrics & Business Intelligence
Better utilization of Business Intelligence in CBU to ensure data driven decisions. Gather relevant intelligence and Distributor Sales Force activity data for analysis and reporting. Provide organization with clear insight in dynamics and key business drivers. Drive field performance analysis through KPI monitoring and developing standardized and/or other sales tracking tools.
Project Design and Delivery
Supports and leads the delivery of key projects that have an impact on Commercial Excellence Objectives and Company Goals
Support Commercial development strategy in conjunction with Commercial Development Manager (including Go-to-Market and category strategy, commercial planning, commercial value creation optimization, sales enablement/ supports). Lead a center of excellence for sales and practices sharing. Identify the Market, Channels and Competition trends.
You have a proven and progressive experience in Medical/Pharma industry in a similar position;
You have extended Healthcare channel knowledge;
Proven ability in team leadership;
Proven commercial acumen and progressive responsibility in a commercial role;
Outstanding commercial Business acumen and business attitude;
Effective Stakeholder Management;
Commercial Organization Effectiveness.
