Agile Support Manager

What this position is about - Purpose:

In this role you will support the Agile P&C team in the HQ with a range of processes and initiatives across a variety of sub-functional areas including Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Job Architecture, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

* Support corporate P&C with a variety of processes and initiatives in different sub-functional P&C areas: document management, personnel administration (hire-to-retire), Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HR analytics

* Support corporate P&C by taking responsibility for the execution of global relocation/international assignment processes for employees

* Monitor data quality in corporate HR systems and follow-up with data owners/data processors as required

* Establish templates and guidelines for reporting in order to help gather, consolidate, analyse and then convey data to various stakeholders

* Process improvement in the allocated area and processes top reduce process waste, improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

* Manage relationships with vendors and agencies or support other teams in this area

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

* You have a relevant P&C experience in a multinational organization (min 2-3 years)

* Agile/Project Management exposure is a strong asset

* Ability to re-design and improve allocated processes is a strong plus (experience with lean six sigma/related university knowledge)

* Knowledge of SAP HR on-premise and/or SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial

* You are analytical, customer oriented, have a strong sense of urgency and excellent communication skills

* You are fluent in English

* You have a diploma in Human Resources or related
