Learn more About the role Main tasks and responsibilities: * Establishing and actively managing driver forums online (Facebook or WhatsApp) * Collaborating with internal stakeholders (local operations and public policy) to host online or in-person Q&A events * Coordinating with local marketing and operations on the creation and execution of driver communications calendar and driver engagement events * Assist in communicating about and executing driver reward programs * Relay sentiment from driver surveying and events to assist Public Policy in anticipating potential opportunities or risks * Flag potential viral cases to customer service, operations and marketing colleagues and coordinate local safety responses across Social Media Contribute to increased instances of positive driver/rider PR About you: * Advanced understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) and social management platforms, such as Emplifi * Experience organizing in-person and online events * Basic understanding of CMS, and CRM systems (WordPress, CleverTap, Mailchimp, etc.) * Excellent communication and project management skills, with flawless written and spoken Romanian & English * Organized, detail-oriented and able to think analytically in generating simple reports * Creative writing and thinking skills.
