About the Role:
As Quality Specialist you will be responsible for the operational management of product quality in the country from plant gates to the consumer. The position is the reference point for group/area functions regarding quality topics. Is in charge of defining and monitoring quality/freshness improvement plans.
xxx6; Cooperates with SC about distributor's warehouses and transport management, in order to:
xxx6; Facilitate implementation of Quality Requirements, technical specifications, evaluation criteria defined by (COMPANY NAME) Quality Department
xxx6; Attend yearly Quality Audits, plan and perform autonomous follow-up audits, including management of corrective actions.
xxx6; Register, investige and manage non-conformities at Incomings. Support Country Quality Manager in gate-keeping Quality of Incomings
xxx6; Availability to regularly visit Distributor's warehouse
xxx6; 360° managment of Freshness Market Audit data collection according to Groups's prescriptions.
xxx6; Manages and controls work of auditors
xxx6; Conducts market observations, storechecks, investigations of Freshness issues and relating questions completing Market Freshness knowledge provided by regular audit
xxx6; Implement at local level all Group procedures concerning consumers' contacts
xxx6; Tracks, registers and replies all consumers contact in local/Group systems according to Group procedures
xxx6; Handle criticalities deriving from consumers' complaints as agreed with the superior (including eventual withdrawal/recall).
xxx6; Standard answers/explanation about product characteristics/complaints.
xxx6; Elaboration of arguments to critical consumers' requests with the help of internal Legal and Quality stakeholders.
xxx6; Gate-keeping of product related information requests of commercial clients
xxx6; Managing of product related information requests of commercial clients, provision of data
xxx6; 360° management of tasting sessions according to Group prescriptions
Who we are looking for:
xxx6; Bachelors' degree in Economics or related field
xxx6; Proven administrative practice
xxx6; Good command of English
xxx6; MS Office knowledge
xxx6; Good communication skills
xxx6; Team player with pro-active approach and problem solving personality
xxx6; Driving license - is a must
