Job Description:
Обязанности:
Annual (ACP / AOP) sales planning:
* lead the process of AOP planning according to the key dates of the company when interacting with related departments
* coordinate the plan within the company (Top 42 customers in detailed way + 6 regional groups)
* make adjustments to the plan before it is approved and inform related functions
* full support in terms of AOP prep. (category inputs, rev strategy inputs, MIX inputs, BB analyses, etc)
* lead prep of different scenarios by customers with number of diff input
Monthly (DMR) sales planning:
* lead the process of collecting information for planning according to the key dates of the company in cooperation with related departments (demand planning department, finance)
* cascade category focuses / priorities to the sales team, taking into account the characteristics within the channel / client / brand
* check the reflection of focuses in the collected plan, including confirmation of the correctness of financial calculations from other functions
* coordinate the plan within the company (Director of the division, sales department, marketing)
* make adjustments to the plan before it is approved and inform related functions
* lead the change in processes in case of their adjustments from other functions
EDV execution
* EDV compliance tracking by customers & regions
* EDV based execution solutions into DMR
* HPP meeting governance
Monthly evaluation of the effectiveness of the plan to achieve the company's goals:
* analyze the adequacy of the sales plan to meet the company's goals
* gather growth opportunities from sales or other functions
* agree on additional promotional investments within the company or risks
Monthly performance:
* Define drivers of monthly performance by customers/ sub-categories in details (MIX, AOP target meetings)
* SI\SO analysis in terms of HPP, activations, SOV, # activities /weeks
P&L analysis by customers, alignment with CTLs:
* P&L analysis by customers, alignment with CTLs in terms of D&A, AOP targets (MIX, Energy)
MBR, PBR, DMR monthly prep and alignment:
* any aplicable supportТребования:
* Higher education
* 5+ FMCG experience (preferably in planning, finance, sales)
* Advanced Excel user
* Analytical skills, ability to work with big data
* Strategic thinking, commercial mindset
* Project management skills
* English - upper intermediate
