What we're looking for:
We are looking for a person who can perform the tasks of senior producer, who is proactive, decisive, responsible and with previous experience, preferably in events or shoots.
Responsibilities:
Management of all aspects of event production: pre-production logistical planning, on-site execution and post-event completion.
Planning set-up and dismantling.
Relationship with suppliers: selection, offers and negotiation.
Budget control at different scales: ensure compliance with budget targets.
Requirements:
Freelance / self-employed.
Experience in communication and events agency.
Previous experience: + 5 years as Project Manager, Event Producer or Audiovisual Producer and Event Organization.
High level of English.
