Skills required:

* Relationship skills to build trust with customers, gain insights into customer needs and identify opportunities that benefit the customer
* Strong communication skills. That includes both verbal and written communication across channels from face-to-face meetings, phone / Teams calls, live chat and email.
* Problem-solving mindset. Build and delivers solutions that meet customer needs.

* Strong time-management skills.

Required qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics or equivalent background and experience
* Entry level work experience (minimum 1 year) and/or an internship in relevant areas.
* Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian or French is a must
* Natural leadership ability and good interpersonal skills.
