The Challenge
The (COMPANY NAME) solutions are deeply integrated into our clients' treasury operations especially the hedging and the payments process. To assure that our clients receive the highest value from our software solutions we have to support them at every stage of their lifecycle with (COMPANY NAME) and provide them with an amazing customer experience. The Customer Success Manager plays an important role here as he/she is taking over the account management responsibility. Once a new customer has decided to work with (COMPANY NAME) and starts using our solutions the CSM is the first contact for any issue or question.

The Role
The CSM role is a long term career: You will be focused on understanding our client's world and the needs in their day to day treasury operation in order to support them with any issue and question they have around our solutions. After a new client decided to work with (COMPANY NAME) you will participate in the implementation project, drive the onboarding and develop a deep understanding of it's business. From thereon you are the first contact for any question or issue our clients have. You are responsible for solving them, often working with colleagues from different departments within (COMPANY NAME) on a solution. You stay regularly in contact with our clients to discuss the value they perceive from working with (COMPANY NAME) and to identify any possible opportunity to expand the business we have with them.

Requirements

- More than 2 years of experience in the serving customers in banks or financial institutions

- Strong analytical skills and able to work in cross-funtional teams
- Good understanding on FX and economics
- Strong communications skills
- Native level of Spanish and Fluent level of English
- You are a real care-taker, who enjoys connect with people and building relationships.
- Regular contact with senior stakeholders in the finance department of your customers
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial products
