Descripción del puesto

We are looking for an outstanding Business Developer to continue our growth story and help us drive our business to the next level.
Within the Spanish Sourcing team, and reporting to the Lead Business Developer, you will occupy a position in a division that is key to (COMPANY NAME)'s growth.
As Business Developer, you will recruit our future sellers and help them rocket their sales. You will immediately impact our growth in a measurable way and benefit from a large autonomy to achieve your goal.
Identify prospects having the highest potential for (COMPANY NAME)
Pitch (COMPANY NAME) value proposition (by phone and face-to-face on occasion)
Secure the best business terms to turn the partnership into success
Accompany the seller's integration on the platform.
Monitor and improve the seller's business performances during its launching period.
Overcome any obstacles autonomously with innovative solutions.


* You are native Spanish
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required.
* You already have a significant experience as Business Developer. Ideally in a fast pace and high growth environment.
* You are a "hunter"
* You love pitching and negotiating.
* You are able to work with different people at all decision-making levels.
* Persistent, you never give up.
* You are autonomous and business driven, able to lead a complex project.
* You are a hard worker with good analytical skills .
* You are curious and demanding to learn continuously.
* Computer skills (Excel, Google Sheet, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). SQL is a plus.
* You are fluent in English and/or French
* You continuously exceed expectations and want to have a job with a significant impact on your company.
