Job Description:

What are you going to do at Allianz?
* Directly engage with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
* Collaborate with a highly skilled team to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
* Contribute to deploying solutions across the data stack, from backend data pipelines and modeling to frontend dashboards.
* Take ownership of solution quality, ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Continuously learn new technical skills and support team success.
* Work closely with other teams within the Allianz Group.

What does Allianz need from you?
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Excellent SQL skills, with expertise in query optimization and data modeling techniques.
* Proficiency in database administration and familiarity with NoSQL engine types.
* Solid programming skills in Python and experience in building data pipelines.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud computing platforms.
* Ability to translate business needs into effective data products.
* Self-motivated with a curious mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies.
* Strong collaboration skills, with an openness to sharing knowledge and feedback.
