Job Description:

As a Loyalty & Partnerships Manager you will be a key representative of our company's Ops team. You will be responsible for creating the Loyalty program aiming at Retention through the creation of a program that fits each country and that engage with our users.

We are looking for a candidate highly motivated, proactive, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills who can find a way to deliver results when the route to success hasn't been written yet.

You will

*
Be responsible for the entire Global process with new suppliers & partners to source and negotiate the Loyalty program globally.
*
Develop a scalable process together with the customisation required per country.
*
Meet quarterly regional objectives of retention.
*
Monthly report with the tasks executed (calls and visits)

Requirements

*
Analytical skills to see beyond the surface of things.
*
Fluency in English is a must.
*
Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or Economy.
*
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Account management or Procurement. Experience with Inside Sales is a plus.
*
Know how to negotiate your way into a super deal through sales techniques and persuasion.
*
Overachieving targets is a must. Impossible is not (COMPANY NAME), you make everything happen.
*
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy.
*
You can never get enough, you have to hunt like a hungry wolf.
*
Have excellent communication skills. Eloquent, with good grammar and writing skills.
*
Autonomous and self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
*
Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office.
