We are looking for a Global Marketing Lead for our Diabetes nutritional brands, based in Vers-chez-les-Blanc, Switzerland or Bridgewater, USA. In this position you will be responsible for leading the global diabetes marketing strategy and shaping the diabetes brand portfolio with a strong focus on new product innovation. This position is a key member of the NHSc Global Metabolic Health team, whose main goal is to bring trusted nutritional health solutions to consumers and HCPs in the fight against the worldwide "Diabesity" epidemic.

A day in the life of a Marketing Manager

* Develop diabetes portfolio and marketing strategies: Lead the development of diabetes portfolio and marketing strategies; direct the implementation of marketing strategies to achieve objectives for revenues, share, and margins.
* Deeply understand our consumers and customers: Guide consumer and HCP insight generation and the translation of insights into executable business growth opportunities.
* Build an innovative new product pipeline: Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and create new product solutions that deliver real value to consumers; develop holistic value propositions and integrated business plans (concept, product, positioning, financials, go-to-market plan, etc.); partner with the Business Development team to explore external licensing and M&A opportunities.
* Accelerate commercial execution and geographic expansion: Engage local Business Operations teams to accelerate brand and portfolio roll-out across markets.
* Engage and win HCP recommendation and consumers' choice: Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Digital teams to elevate Medical Marketing, Digital and e-Commerce to the "next level" of evolution.

What will make you successful

* Bachelors degree required, MBA degree preferred
* A minimum 7 years of marketing and new product/innovation roles required experience in both healthcare professional and consumer marketing is strongly preferred
* Strong brand development and new product planning skills, from concept to positioning, branding, and launch plans
* Proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams, with strong collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels without authority
* Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, creativity and problem-solving capabilities including experience generating global strategic insights and using them to drive decisions and market forecasts
* Agile mindset of developing, testing, iterating, and preference for being scrappy and learning in real-life
* Experience with P&L, budgeting, forecasting and analytical modelling
