Temporary Job/Internship Opportunity: Backoffice & Customer Service FR/EN
We are an international company with our headquarters in Steinen SZ, Central Switzerland (about 20 minutes from Zug / 30 minutes from Lucerne).
For our Engraving Service for Pet ID Tags we are looking for someone for the duration of approximately 8 months to help with customer service in French (for our French speaking Swiss customers and for our French customers) as well as to assist with several other back office tasks. These include but are not limited to providing support to customer service colleagues in other European countries and various accounting tasks.
The workload is 20-40 hours/week (to be determined with candidate).
No specific studies are required, however fluency in both English and French are a must (other languages such as Spanish are a plus). The ideal candidate has some experience in dealing with customers and working in an office environment.
