Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
ˇ Establishes effective, professional relationships with (COMPANY NAME) key business channels such as distributors in Ukraine and Moldova, customers, key accounts, NGOs, etc.;
ˇ Drives strategy implementation with a strong focus on reaching assigned promises;
ˇ Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates the business partner channel needs and expectations;
ˇ Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel;
ˇ Ensures profitability monitoring of signed obligations;
ˇ Executes Marketing & Commercial strategy in the business channel;
ˇ Conducts market research, collects market data and monitors legislative changes to enable business decisions;
ˇ Drives adoption of required company guidelines among assigned partners;
ˇ Manages, develops and drives engagement a team.
Your requirements:
ˇ Medical or Pharmaceutical or Economic background
ˇ Proven work experience in the Sales & Marketing area in the diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or related industry is strongly preferred min 2 years
ˇ Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, people management experience is a plus
ˇ Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
ˇ High degree of motivation and agility to work in complex team structures, with numerous internal and external stakeholders
ˇ Results oriented, with a highly entrepreneurial mindset
ˇ Fluent in English
