A CVA Development Lead is required in London as part of the MSST Risk Services organization. This role consists of a mixture of client management, data and requirements analysis, design, development, testing, project management and co-ordination across multiple globally distributed engineering teams, in order to deliver solutions to the CVA desks.
This is a crucial role, and an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a strategic, high-value, complex and challenging Front Office risk initiative.
*Face off to CVA desk members globally, with face-to-face engagements in London
*Design solutions to CVA desk problems and translate these into detailed requirements for the risk services teams.
*Engage in all stages of the lifecycle to ensure those solutions get delivered satisfactorily - including coding where appropriate.
*Help to guide and influence the "One Risk System" program to upgrade CVA components to real-time and ensure they are well-integrated into the target state risk platform, and delivers value and competitive advantage to the client (the CVA desks in this case).
*Work in a leading banking environment on complex front office risk projects
*Gain or deepen understanding of business, markets, products and flows across all asset classes
*Gain knowledge of market and credit risk measures, processes and systems
*Play a key role in Citi achieving its target state risk management capabilities
*Experience in Derivatives, market and/or counterparty credit risk, ideally working in Front Office IT
*Experience of working with multiple offshore teams using Agile methodology
*Hadoop Ecosystem (HDFS, Hive etc)
*Excellent communication skills, oral and written
