E&I Finance Capability Co-ordinator
Would you like to work within an interesting role supporting the Air Sector at (COMPANY NAME)? We are currently recruiting for a unique Finance Capability Co-ordinator across our Air Europe & International (E&I) part of the business. This role will be based at our Warton/Samlesbury site in the North West of England. Here, we are responsible for the delivery of our European & International commitments for Typhoon, Tornado and Hawk, including production of Aircraft, upgrades to the capability of our in-service fleets and providing through life support to our diverse range of international customers.
As a E&I Finance Capability Co-ordinator you will report to the Finance Development lead for E&I, you will be responsible for the day to day management of capability development across the Finance function. With c200 employees in the team from Executives, Professionals, subcontractors and Early Careers this is a crucial role within the function to co-ordinate training and recruitment activities for the Finance Leadership team.
Your main responsibilities as a E&I Finance Capability Co-ordinator will involve:
Supporting professional training requirements across the E&I Finance team, including: guidance and query answering in relation to professional study and Maintain log of results and adherence to UK Student policy
Co-ordinating all E&I Finance training requirements, including; creation of a bottom up plan liaison with key stakeholders and management of training budget
Facilitating of E&I Finance permanent recruitment, including: support to hiring managers, engagement with key recruitment contacts and providing management information to finance leadership team
Other ad hoc tasks including: query answering, central point of contact for all people development tasks in E&I finance, management of induction process and engagement with key people contacts across the business
Your skills and qualifications:
Good interpersonal skills, Ability to reprioritise to meet key deadlines, Good communication skills, Proactive, Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
High organisational Skills
Preferably understand capability management principles and specific Finance development requirements
What we're looking for in you:
As a focal point for all things people related for the E&I Finance team you will need to have strong organisational skills, be able to multi-task and have an ability to engage with Finance and non-Finance staff at all levels in the organisation and out into key stakeholders including the broader Finance Development team, the Early Careers community and external training partners.
