As (COMPANY NAME)'s investment Bank, Banca IMI is part of one of the top banking groups in Italy whose network also includes a major international presence. Banca IMI's key objective is to serve its customer base of institutional investors, financial networks, corporates, and government institutions, supplying financial products and services developed with standards of excellence. Banca IMI is looking for new qualify profiles with the following requirements:

Scope and Purpose

* produce client related marketing materials; * assess and manage market risk deriving from proposed transactions; * monitor market trends in the different loan asset classes and maintain proprietary market info databases; * support product desk in the credit proposal process identifying the target final take for the transaction; * define distribution strategy identifying potential participants in the transaction; * follow investors invited in syndication at all stages, in coordination to the extent necessary with product desks and other internal functions. * Focus on distribution platform.

Required Experience

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, * Excellent communication skills in English, French or Spanish are necessary * Good negotiating, sales and interpersonal skills * loan syndicate/private side sales professional with clear client/ geography area expertise and existing client list * Require understanding and ability to distribute IG, Leverage and Project Finance. Understanding of secondary market also a plus. * (Current Employer: US investment Bank, CS, DB, UBS, CACIB, SG, BNP, Natixis, Santander, BBVA, ING, RBS, Barclays, HSBC, SMBC, BTMU, Mizuho. Additionally could look at second tier French or Spanish bank)

Competencies Required

* Good credit and syndication skills * Ability to build trusting working relationships * Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements. * Good track record of transactions * Ability to work extended hours as deal flow dictates, reliable, responsible, dedicated and committed
