Would you like to a key role within the Europe & International HR team within the (COMPANY NAME) Air Sector? We currently have a vacancy for a HR Advisor at our site in RAF Coningsby.
As a HR Advisor, you will be working collaboratively with the pan-base HR Manager and on-base leadership population to drive the implementation of the People and Organisational priorities - including support HR transformation strategy and workplace climate / culture activity.
This role will provide you with individual accountability for delivery and the opportunity to develop and own activity.
Your main responsibilities as a HR Advisor will involve:
Supporting the delivery of the client areas cultural improvement plan- enabling line leaders to deliver a working environment that boosts performance and productivity and driving a high performance culture. This will require project management skills and strong stakeholder management
Understanding the business resource picture and capability requirements to generate a robust people and org response which will enable improved business performance. This will require collaborative working with the senior management team and the functional HR teams
Providing informed insight and support to business leaders on organisational design, organisation effectiveness and organisational resilience activity, to enable increased business performance
Forming people and org insights through the attendance at key business meetings with sight to pursue opportunities and mitigate people risk
Ensuring that HR calendar activity is effectively deployed within the business area- reward, recognition and talent
Providing robust HR advice to client areas which enables business performance whilst effectively minimising 'HR risk'
Supporting the HR Manager on pan-base activity (as required).
Your skills and qualifications:
Experience of HR Business Partnering in a complex and fast paced working environment
Experience of identifying People and Org priorities- developing and delivering robust solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills (influencing both upwards and downwards), building relations with diverse stakeholder groups (management, TU, employees)
Strong IT skills and good familiarity with Microsoft Office
Good understanding of employment law and experience of applying in practice
CIPD Qualified- Level 5 (or above)
