About the Role:

As the production site at Alfreton continues on its exciting journey of integration into the wider (COMPANY NAME) business, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

As a confident and time served advisor, you will take a pro-active approach in working closely with managers across the industrial business to implement and drive the people agenda. You will coach and support line managers in all employee relations matters and will be involved in providing support, advice and guidance to managers at all stages of the employee journey from recruitment to retirement and everything in between!
You will take a lead on KPI reporting for the Industrial and Supply Chain HR team in Alfreton, ensuring accurate people metrics and performance data is available as required so you will be comfortable with systems and of using Microsoft Excel.
In addition to the day to day, you will also have the opportunity to work on various projects either independently or as a member of a wider project team, so you will need to be organised and able to plan and prioritise your workload effectively.

Who we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of providing HR advice and support across a wide range of employee relations matters within a large scale FMCG business. Ideally you will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above and will have experience working with HR information systems and be confident with data.
You will thrive working in a fast paced environment and be passionate about making a difference. You will have experience of dealing with and managing change as an individual and of supporting others through changes and new ways of working.
