Support the multiple IP Networks and platforms within UK (COMPANY NAME) Networks.
This role is predominantly a Shift role working the 2 days 2 nights followed by 4 days off rotation.
The role will provide the 2nd Line support to resolve
Support complex provide
Assist with change activity
Provide Infrastructure maintenance to support customer and platform requirements.
As well as supporting on-boarding of New Networks
This is a real-time operational role providing support for complex multi-technology solutions, in addition to a providing a sound knowledge of specific technologies
Service restoration for complex faults (Technology & Solution based).
Timely and effective consultation with other (COMPANY NAME) agencies as required restoring service.
Ensure that escalation is in line with both customer and internal guidelines
Root Cause analysis for complex major incidents & escalated faults
Provide technical and fault management input to customer and management fault reports.
Where required, support new technology, service & solution.
Support customer Project and Change delivery activities as required
IP core technology environment exposure
Instant management (fault finding)
Implementing & controlling network changes

Essential - Cisco CCNP
Desirable - Alcatel NRS2 /ASR9Ks / ACATEL 7750 / Juniper MX480s
