Currently deploying capital from our Fourth Fund, we are proven in delivering outsized results for our founders and our LPs and are looking for an incredibly organised, proactive and agile EA/Office Manager to join our core team of 12 based in London.
About the Role:
As the Office Manager & EA, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing a warm environment that reflects our core values and makes (COMPANY NAME) a great place for people to work from and visit. (COMPANY NAME) is an incredibly busy place and no two days ever look quite the same. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities as you'll be managing a large number of meetings, startup teams using the office space, hot-desking, workshops and events.
In this role you will become an integral part of the team, acting as the first contact many people will have when they come into the (COMPANY NAME) office and will involve meeting all manner of people on a daily basis.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are essential, along with outstanding planning, time management and organisational skills. You should have a can do attitude, bucket-loads of initiative, attention to detail and be able to work independently towards team goals.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Booking travel and accommodation for our partners
*Calendaring and setting diary appointments
*Supporting on events taking place both in and outside of the office
*Booking meeting rooms and spaces for core events
*Keeping on top of companies in the office and ensuring we are being as fair as possible with access
*Maintain day-to-day operational needs of the office and be the main point of contact
*Meet and greet all visitors - from investors to founders, you'll be the face of (COMPANY NAME) ensuring that everyone is delighted by their visit
*Creating opportunities for teams in the office to come together

Proven senior-level EA experience
