Job Description:



We are recruiting a Client Administrator to join the Healthcare and Protection team in our Bristol office.
As a Client Administrator you will provide administration support to consultants to ensure schemes/ portfolio is administered in an accurate and timely manner for allocated clients.

Within the role you will be involved in:
* Effective communications with clients, consultants and providers in line with Mercer processes to enable scheme analysis support and portfolio management
* Accurate completion and maintenance of Mercer's Client Relationship Management platform/s
* Ownership of delivery of assigned tasks / portfolio of renewals and reviews
* Partner with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve best service for client
* Dealing with client and member queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements to ensure timely client delivery
* Accurate recording of time on appropriate financial system to ensure achievement of financial / chargeable hours target

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
* Financial services knowledge would be an advantage
* Basic understanding of Employee benefits would be an advantage
* Good all round experience with Microsoft Office packages
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to establish and develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work to deadlines and to prioritise own workloads
* Accuracy and attention to detail is important
* Able to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis
