Help to build a Consumer Product Culture

Create and enforce documentation and information sharing standards
Contribute to global tech excellency by supporting creating and enforcing standards reporting and documentation.
Ensure that the tools and information systems we use to capture the work that the product teams do (LPM, etc.) are maintained with consistent methodology and kept up to date.
Improve documentation, information sharing, tool usage within and across team- helping to document and disseminate the emerging Product Excellence principles and Consumer Product 3-year strategies (Confluence, etc.).
Establish budget processes
Help drive the evolution of CP budget management from being centralised w/ one VP to more distributed amongst Heads of Product, ensuring distributed ownership, better accountability and transparency for the teams.
