Brand Manager Rennie/Alka/Loids
Major tasks and responsibilities include:
With guidance from Line Manager, develop strategic plans for the assigned brand(s) - including brand stretch strategies
Develop and implement the brand planning process for the assigned brand(s) to meet business needs - successfully adapting to changing environmental pressures
Lead activation to fulfil the brand strategy and ensure financial objectives are met - proposing activity to maximise strengths & opportunities and address the threats & weaknesses
Lead the digital agenda for the Digestive Health portfolio - including developing & managing digital marketing campaigns, optimising digital media and improving the digital experience for the Consumer and Shopper
Represent the Digestive Health portfolio within the cross functional Digital team & Community
Monitor brand performance to ensure KPI's are met & manage P&I budget for assigned brand(s)
Support Retail Customer engagement to drive collaboration & awareness of key brand initiatives
Co-ordinate relevant qualitative & quantitative research, as and when required
Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with relevant Global (COMPANY NAME) Stakeholders
Support the development of innovation, as and when required
Fully comply with corporate governance requirements and internal/external regulations as required
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
* Education to degree level or a marketing qualification
* Previous brand management experience gained in OTC or FMCG
* Strong understanding of media and digital expertise
* Strong commercial acumen, including ability to work with complex figures and multiple information sources
* Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages required
