Location: Newbury or London (Blended office/home working)

Customers are at the heart of everything we do at (COMPANY NAME) and we want to equip them with knowledge and insights on the latest technologies and innovation that could transform their business. As a result of this we have a number of Innovation Hubs across the UK where (COMPANY NAME) Business customers can visit to collaborate and create the future with us. In parallel we also run virtual innovation sessions where our customers can collaborate with us online.

As the Innovation Hubs Marketing Manager, you will manage and develop our four Innovation Hubs (Newbury, London, Coventry and Glasgow), as well as our Virtual Innovation Hub. You will constantly seek out new insights in the market to ensure that our hubs remain market leading, showcasing the latest in technology and innovation.

You will manage the end to end strategy, and internal and external communications plans for the hubs, ensuring they are operating successfully and delivering a return on investment. You will work with the Innovation Hubs Facilitator on a day to day basis, ensuring they are fully equipped to run customer sessions.

You will create new content, thought leadership and customer journeys to showcase (COMPANY NAME) as a TechCo, working with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure you are using the latest assets from across the business.

What will you be doing?

* Manage our innovation hubs, developing new customer journeys and bringing innovation and new technology to ensure our hubs remain at the forefront of the market.
* Manage the internal and external communications plans for all innovation hubs, creating and updating marketing collateral on a regular basis.
* Oversee reporting and measurement against key KPIs, showing a return on investment across the hubs.
* Regularly present to the Senior Leadership Team to demonstrate progress on key KPIs across the hubs.
* Drive optimum usage across the innovation hubs.
* Train, mentor and develop session facilitators to deliver market leading end-to-end innovation sessions.
* Engage with global (COMPANY NAME) Customer Experience Centre (CEC) community, sharing learnings and ideas on a regular basis. Visit other organisations' CECs to compare our facilities and define any areas for development.
* Engage and collaborate with wider business - both UK and globally - to seek out latest (COMPANY NAME) technology and demos to install in hubs.

Who are we looking for?

* Experience of engaging with senior leadership team within a corporate environment and able to liaise at all levels with passion and confidence.
* Exceptional marketing and communication skills with commercial acumen.
* Competent in performance measurement and reporting against commercial and customer KPIs.
* Experience of working within a large corporate environment with ability to network and work effectively within a complex matrix of stakeholders.
* Degree level education preferable. Post graduate study in marketing/business management desirable.
* Competent in performance measurement and reporting against commercial and customer KPIs.
* Track record of developing and driving marketing programmes/projects for commercial return.
