We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join us here at GWI. Not just any CMO though. What you'll be doing

We are looking for a CMO to join the executive team at GWI, as we embark on the next phase of our rapid growth as a business, just after we've landed our $180m series B funding! Not to mention, we've been named as one of Crunchbase's unicorn brands.

You will work closely with our leaders and departments at GWI, to innovate and transform our industry-beating products through ambitious and creative marketing campaigns that set us apart from our peers.
As CMO, you'll report directly to the CEO and lead a global team of 36 marketers on day 1, a full spectrum of Demand Generation, Design and PR with a view to growing the remit and budget significantly over a few years. It's integral for us at GWI that you'll be an inspirational leader, and you'll drive a high-performance culture of respect and support across the business. You'll establish close, collaborative relationships with our clients and internal teams and you will implement and drive, a best in class go-to-market strategy for New Business and ARR.
About you

Technical skills

* Proven expertise in the marketing industry, you're building our brand ready for the future
* Prior CMO or marketing leadership positions at high-growth SaaS/B2B companies
* You have managed external agencies in the past, as well as internal creative and revenue generating teams
* Significant experience in advertising, PR, ABM and inbound marketing methodologies

* Superb analytical thinking and proficiency with advanced business intelligence, marketing technology and analytics software

* As you''ll have direct impact on our revenue targets, you are in the numbers and are comfortable producing tangible metrics
* You are a visionary, and excel at communicating this vision to senior stakeholders, but you are equally passionate when speaking to the rest of the Business.
* Emphasis on innovation and creativity in marketing, with a history of creating/developing strong, unique brands that deliver reasons to believe. We're taking our brand to the next level and you'll directly influence how we do this.
