Are you a digital native with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing, the desire to develop best in class digital marketing campaigns, and the ability to translate digital data to drive the best commercial decisions? 

If so, take the opportunity to directly influence the experience that shoppers have with some of the world leading brands across platforms such as: Amazon, Txxxx.xxm, Ocado, eBay, Axxx.xxm, Bxxxx.xxm to name a few. You will be working in one of the fastest growing teams in RB - which very much has a start-up culture - maintaining a close collaboration with our brand teams, partners such as Google and Facebook, and, working with the Global RB e-Business unit in Amsterdam 

Key Accountabilities:

Plan, execute, analyse, and optimise sales driving creative campaigns across key retail platforms
*
Deliver to specific KPI's that include Unique visitors, conversion rates, order value and repeat purchase rates across all brand and retail platforms
*
Be the representative of the shopper experience on these platforms and therefore ownership of the e-commerce user experience and content strategy
*
Ownership of the UK e-commerce assets and product information - and the efficient distribution of these assets to continually optimise KPI's and yield high returns

*
Lead the development and implementation of new data and insight portals that help us understand how shoppers behave online so we can continually optimise the shopper experience
*
Own the relationship with major media agencies and creative agencies who are central for implementing our campaigns across different retail platforms
*
Accountability for a multi-million-pound budget to develop campaigns and the delivery of ROI targets to ensure this investment is driving e-commerce performance
*
Be the key bridge between the UK e-commerce and brand marketing teams working in close collaboration with marketing to ensure RB marketing campaigns have e-commerce central to the customer journey
*
Regularly present to senior management and relevant stakeholders on plans and performance to ensure RB is continually enhancing understanding of e-commerce and its value to the business
*
Collaborate with the Global e-commerce functions to share, receive and scale best practice in the UK market to maximise opportunities and capability
*
Develop analytical frameworks for strategy development, KPI alignment to business goals, and the valuation of efforts for iterative test and learn growth

Candidate Requirements:

*
MUST have a significant background working within high growth FMCG digital or e-commerce business
*
Will have a solid experience working in an FMCG digital marketing role 
*
MUST have experience in managing multiple campaigns across e-commerce platforms (search / banners / events) such as AMAZON, Tesco, eBay, Ocado
*
Must have an understanding of the e-commerce 'basics' - including the development of e-commerce product images, product titles, content pages and facilitation through BrandBank
*
Have previous experience in leveraging popular e-commerce data solutions such as CLAVIS / SIMILARWEB / BRANDBANK / AMS
*
Will understand what it takes to drive conversions, what works and what doesn't 
*
Will have a proven track record working in a cross functional organisation and know what it takes to drive good and productive collaboration
*
Will be a strong negotiator and decision maker, able to exercise good judgement 
*
Will be a highly creative and strategic person but also have strong analytical and numerical skills. Strong excel skills and absolute must
*
Highly organised, while being able to operate at an extremely fast past and pressurised environment
