* Implementation of a regional culture marketing plan:
Culture marketing activation in five key priority cities within region.Know and represent the culture landscape and audience of region - know what trends, genres, topics, cities etc. culture marketing should activate via and why.Build a network of culture relevant contacts in each key priority city.Project lead for minimum one (COMPANY NAME) Music Presents show in each key priority city per yearJoint project lead (with other Culture FMS) for national field projects. Support the On-Premise team in region with delivery of culture activations in accounts.Support core culture team with delivery of event and artist projects taking place within the region.Contribute to the artist development programme as lead by Head of Artists.Along with Head of Culture and Heads of Field, raise profile and appreciation of field culture marketing throughout business. 2.
* Create and deliver a regional student marketing plan in line with the national strategy, through the management of 3-4 Student Brand Managers
Understanding the student landscape - building tailored campus plans for each university in line with the national student marketing strategyDay to day management of Student Brand Managers ensuring all key performance indicators are met (project/activation targets, can targets, product knowledge) contributing to greater cut through with studentsRecruitment and Training - Recruiting, briefing, training, coaching, motivating and mentoring the Student Brand Managers to ensure a consistently positive consumer experience
Effective budget management of the annual Culture spend for the South region, ensuring spend and day to day budget management is accurate and demonstrates commercial and entrepreneurial mind-set.
* Cross Functional Collaboration
Build a strong rapport with the UK Culture Specialists and National Team.Create and maintain unity with other relevant Field based teams for the greater good of the consumer experience delivered.
