We have a 6 month fixed term contract opportunity to build brand awareness through our Minds made for Financial Services proposition, whilst owning the client journey and represent the needs of our external audiences with key business stakeholders within our Financial Services business (FS).
The activity will be focussed around four key programmes
1. The global advertising and EMEIA & UK media strategy
2. The support of innovative services such as Digital, as well as alliances and acquisitions
3. Bring our purpose to life
4. Transformation of our digital content and publishing platform
You will lead the team's efforts to drive engagement with our external audiences including as needed, recruiting audiences. Championing a culture of creativity and distinctiveness, you will focus on developing assets and brand programmes to drive traffic to our digital channels. Building greater alignment, consistency and effectiveness in our use of existing channels across our wider marketing plans.
Your key responsibilities
Working closely with team members across Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), including other Regions and global, you will develop and optimize effective use of media activity across our engagement channels and work with our BMC teams to effectively use these channels to drive revenue and protect and enhance our brand. You will develop briefs, creative concepts, and brand campaigns to embed in our digital real estate and associated print and social media, as well as develop and maintain a programme to drive awareness around our technology capabilities.
This role is required to ensure we achieve our goal to support the firm's ambition to be the no.1 professional services brand by 2020. The global brand work and the launch of our new Minds made for financial services proposition has increased demand and opportunity to bring our purpose to life by engaging our audiences. This role will allow us to continue to amplify the FS brand and take advantage of the global work further. The EMEIA and UK brand messaging business priorities require more resource.
Skills and attributes for success
Experience in running advertising and media campaigns across print, digital and social media
Strong skills in design, copywriting and proofing
Campaign management experience including, brief writing, and experience of creating campaign assets for digital and social media marketing campaigns.
Demonstrate consensus-building skills in a dynamic environment
Leverage communications and demonstrate best practice to inspire others
Be a point of integration; enable knowledge sharing throughout BMC and EY; be able to synthesize information from others; connect facets of the business when initiating, developing and implementing marketing and communications projects
Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders
Ideally, you'll also have
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent area of study or experience)
Substantial brand, marketing and communications experience in a world-class global organization, FS or consultancy background would be an additional plus.
