About the role

We are looking for a new International Class Coordinator to join our School team. You will be working closely with our other course coordinators, talent acquisition team and our head of school , as well as with stakeholders across the company. You will be the go-to person for our international students, they will rely on you during the course. In addition you will be a point of contact between the management team of Develhope and the students.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

* Manage the organization of our classes and their structure

* Support our talent acquisition process

* Supervise the documentations requested from our students (contracts, bank details, privacy agreements etc...)

* Supervise the on-boarding phase of new students and the activities involved

* Manage daily online meetings of students and stakeholders involved

* Handle every day internal communications via Discord / Slack / Zoom / Gmail / Google Calendar

* Conduct surveys during and after the course and the feedbacks collection

* Manage our internal platform to support our students and teachers

This is a full-time position.

We're looking for someone who has/is:

* Bachelor's degree (preferably in a humanities discipline)

* 1 year of prior experience in a similar role (coordinator, tutor, admin, etc..)

* Passionate about technology and EdTech

* Experience working with students from different cultural backgrounds is a plus

* Very strong interpersonal, communication, time managing, and collaboration skills

* Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and either Spanish or Turkish

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
