Here, you'll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In your Digital Marketing Performance Analyst role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

In addition to tracking and analyzing information, the candidate must be able to present actionable insights to inform marketing campaign optimization. The right person should be detail-oriented, work well within a team, and be able to articulate the "so what?" behind the campaign analytics.

Your key responsibilities include:

* Developing holistic campaign (online, offline) and web measurement strategies
* Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports
* Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends

About You

You also possess:

* Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Ability to make data-driven decisions
* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
