The Team:

We are a small but passionate team of 100+ based in the Bay Area. (COMPANY NAME)'s seasoned founding team has led companies through several prior successful startups and acquisitions. We give our employees a lot of responsibility and ownership of their work, and we hire people from a very wide range of backgrounds and experience. Our team members operate with a high degree of empathy for our customers and each other.

What You'll Do:

* Educate customers on the value of (COMPANY NAME) in a consultative way

* Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the (COMPANY NAME) buying cycle

* Qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting for mid-market and some enterprise organizations

* Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel

* Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships

* Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain points

* Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects while generating pipeline for the business

What You'll Need:

* 2+ years of sales experience

* Salesforce experience required

* Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals

* Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations

* Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting

* Understanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectively

* Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals

* Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging

* Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome

* Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Problem-solving passion and service orientation

* Show independence and flexibility in dealing with change management

* Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources

* Composed, poised and professional demeanor in all situations

* Strong problem-solving and service orientation

What You'll Need:

* Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals

* Competitive team player who wants to be the MVP and help the entire team succeed

* An Avid learner of Technology who can learn the basics quickly and apply them to business situations

* Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence. Strong communications and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.

* Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus

* 3-10yrs of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales
