Vie Junior Industry 4.0 Engineer H/F

Context: CEVA decided to prepare his main vaccine manufacturing plant to the next steps of digitalization: industry 4.0. On top of a future MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementation (Electronic Batch Record and digital logbook), a key step is to bring value to the frontline workers fostering a more agile, responsive, and data-driven organization. This should be done by implementing a citizen development approach, digitalizing use cases which cannot be supported by a core solution such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). Mission of the VIE: * Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect and define potential use cases * Learn how to use the no-code low-code platform chosen by Ceva and train process experts * Implement the use cases with highest added value, coordinate the deployment and measure the benefits * Document and validate what has been implemented * Advise, assist and train frontline workers * Define data, data model of the collected data for a future data lake integration * Be part of the governance definition of the no-code low-code concept * Play an active role in the shopfloor digital transition, innovate and drive the change * Define use cases which could be implemented at global level * Active participation in the global community to share experience * Be ready to support industry 4.0 of the site

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Engineer with a good understanding of production activities (preferably in a pharmaceutical environment) * Knowledge of industrial performance monitoring and lean problem solving. * Basic knowledge with MES/ERP * Good understanding on relational database structure * An interest and curiosity in digital technology * Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work with different stakeholders (IT, local project team, process experts) * Organized & structured for dealing with project management * Ability to lead, inform, listen and take the initiative. * Good understanding of the Functional & Technical aspect of an IT system * English: Good Level mandatory
