DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress of CAAPE local projects, BAU projects, IT projects, IFRS 17 project
- Coordinate and prepare status updates for CoDir meetings
- Coordinate and prepare project budget updates

Quality & Service Reporting
- Assist with the preparation of Balance Scorecard project
- Coordinate the completion of Balance Scorecard on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Provide analysis of deviation from minimum acceptable service and quality standards
- Provide action planning to return to normal service and quality standards

Communications Support to MD
- Preparation of communication material for CA Group seminars
- Coordination of CA Group seminars onsite
- Coordination of CA Group Ireland working groups
- Drafting internal MD communication
- Preparation and coordination of Board material, business activity reporting
- Prepare minutes of monthly management meetings
-Participate to CACI culture projects such as Great Place to Work and Culture & Values

Event Management
Assist with the identification, planning, coordination and management of events

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar position
French and English fluency
Methodical, excellent skills in Word/Excel/Powerpoint, excellent communication skills.
Experience in working abroad and exposure to different cultures (desirable but open to it)
Total confidentiality in all matters
High level of organisational and prioritisation skills are essential.
Finance oriented is required
