Your mission, roles and responsibilities Your position and environment: Our?Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group - R&D Division?is looking for you as a HR VIE- Talent & Organization Development Coordinator (TOD) M/F in Grojec- Poland Your missions will be: Talent and Organizational development: preparation of the annual People Review, encourage and support managers in creating development action plans for their teams and actively follow-up Training management: managing employee training registrations, coordinating training plans for the various R&D sites in Europe Recruitment & Onboarding: participation in the VIE recruitment, integration process and coordination of the global VIE R&D community HR communication: devising a communication plan, creating visual content, coordinate the launch of communications with the various stakeholders The mission will last 12 months
