Your mission, roles and responsibilities
As part of the FES implementation, the responsibilities of the HR Officer include:
Organization : Member of the HR team
QCDP Performance
Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation and monitoring of compliance with (COMPANY NAME)'s HR policy principles;
Provide clothing (blue lockers) and footwear for employees, communication with the company KROK (handling employee complaints);
Management of wardrobes;¨
Records of employee attendance;
Management of payrolls;
Management of company boards;
Daily reporting of indicators on the Top 5 plants;
Management of I.I. within the HR department;
HR administration - management of employee files, etc.;
Perform other tasks falling within his/her field of competence according to the instructions of the superior.
People Management
Be an example to your co-workers in terms of respecting and observing discipline and precision, following the principles and rules of occupational safety and other company rules and regulations
Constantly educate yourself, develop your abilities and skills and increase your qualifications
Occupational safety, environmental protection and working conditions
Fully respect and comply with health and safety rules and other internal rules and regulations regarding environmental protection and working conditions
Submit proposals to improve working conditions and work ergonomics
Teamwork
Ensure transparent and timely communication with other team members and the head of the department
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the performance of HR.
Participate in regular team meetings
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Master's degree at the university (specialization in personnel management)
Experience: Experience in a position in HR min. 1 year, in a manufacturing automotive environment an advantage
Language skills: AJ (knowledge of NJ or FJ welcome); Level: active verbal and written knowledge
Computer skills: user of MS Office, Internet
Expertise (based on evaluation selected for training plan):
ANET attendance system
