Job Description:

Ihre Aufgabe:
* Umfassende Exportabfertigung
* Zollabwicklung über ATLAS (Erstellung von Ausfuhranmeldungen)
* Erstellung bzw. Einholung aller für den Export notwendigen Unterlagen
* Fakturierung
* Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung
* Annahme der Kundenaufträge
* Organisation der Transporte / Abholungen
* Erstellung und Versand von Transportaufträgen / Buchungsbestätigungen
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von länderspezifischen und konzernseitigen Vorgaben
* Anfertigung und Versand der kompletten auftragsbezogenen Dokumentation
* Weltweite Kommunikation in englischer Sprache

Ihr Profil:
* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
* oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation vorweisen können
* Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht
* Gültige Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung
* Gültige Luftsicherheitsschulung 11.2.3.9
* Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfracht
* Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
* Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)
* Kenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle (AWG, AWV, EG-VO, EAR) wünschenswert
* DGR-Zertifikate ADR, PK4/5 oder PK6 wünschenswert
* Selbstständiges Arbeiten
* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
* Kundenorientierung, Einsatzbereitschaft
* Verantwortungsbewusstsein
