Job Description

Als Experte (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Durchführung von Umfragen und w2b-Studien im Consumer Panel Bereich.

Hauptaufgaben:
* Kalkulationen
* Fragebogenkonzeption / Erstellung der Programmiervorlagen / Testen
* Studiendesign und -koordination
* Erstellung von Auswertungsvorgaben
* Sicherung und Kontrolle der Datenqualität (z. B. Returns, Datencheck)
* Betreuung / Projektmanagement von Einfragen und w2b-Studien in den Consumer Panels
* Beratung der Client Service Kollegen
* Schnittstelle zwischen allen Bereichen innerhalb Consumer Panels Operations und zu allen Bereichen des Consumer Panels Client Services (Food, Beverages, BHC, NonFood & Retail, Fashion, Entertainment, Mobility)
* Zusammenarbeit mit Global Services Centern bzgl. Coding, Programmierung

Erforderliche Fachkenntnisse und Kompetenzen:
* sehr gute Kenntnisse in Methoden der empirischen Sozialforschung
* sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
* sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
* Erfahrung mit der Zusammenarbeit mit Global Service Centern (HUBs) wünschenswert
* abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium
* 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Marktforschung wünschenswert
