Your role:

As a Technical Account Specialist you will be part of a growing team based in Berlin and work closely with several departments such as Tech and Product. Your team will be a part of the Support Department within (COMPANY NAME) and it will focus on the internal campaign management product.

Your responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients quickly and efficiently via CRM platform/calls on a daily basis

- Interact with both internal and client facing (COMPANY NAME).Automate Enterprise dashboards

- Make sure that aggregated data is accurate and consistent within clients' dashboards

- Troubleshoot daily issues on your own, i.e. create tech tasks based on client requests, report bugs

- Work together with the team to tackle more complex issues

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams via project management platform when it comes to client submitted requests

What you bring:

- Experience in monitoring and analyzing large volumes of data

- Strong analytical skills

- Know-how on managing client expectations (especially more advanced client inquiries)

- Understanding how to communicate with clients quickly and efficiently

- Knowledge of mobile or SaaS environment in an agency or network / ad-operations is a plus!
